Portfolio & Case Studies

Each project here walks through the problem on site, the design response, and the result — not just images.

Thatched-Roof Beach Villa

Villa, Concept Visualization

Status
Concept Visualization
Location
Zanzibar, Tanzania
Role
3D Visualization / Concept Design

Problem

The client had architectural plans for a thatched-roof beach villa but no visuals to promote it to buyers before construction.

Solution

A full 3D visualization — model first, then a photorealistic render — to sell the lifestyle, not just the layout.

Approach

Built the 3D model from the architectural plans, then rendered it with realistic materials, golden-hour lighting, water effects and lifestyle staging — loungers, umbrella, outdoor shower — to make the space feel real and aspirational.

Four-Villa Beachfront Complex

Residential Complex, Concept Visualization

Status
Concept Visualization
Location
Zanzibar, Tanzania
Role
Concept Design / Architecture

Problem

The client had architectural plans for a four-villa beachfront complex but no way to show how the finished property — and the lifestyle around it — would actually look and feel.

Solution

A full 3D visualization across all four villas — model first, then photorealistic renders — covering the architecture, the interiors and the shared outdoor spaces.

Approach

Built the 3D model from the architectural plans, then rendered it with realistic materials, natural light and lifestyle staging — guests relaxing on the rooftop terrace, dining indoors, swimming in the pools — so buyers could picture themselves in the finished villas rather than just reading a floor plan.

Saint Tikhon's Hermitage

Monastic Complex, Mount Athos, Greece

Status
Built & Completed
Location
Mount Athos, Greece
Role
Architectural Design & Site Supervision

About the project

A monastic complex on sloped terrain, built in Byzantine-Romanian tradition. The intervention required a deep understanding of the site: retaining walls, terracing, circulation and spaces for contemplation.

Materiality

Natural stone, solid timber, traditional lime-and-sand renders and slate roofing, with hand-crafted arches, framings and cornices inspired by Byzantine and Romanian tradition.

Reflection

An architecture of patience, of living material and continuity with tradition — a contemporary intervention that completes the place naturally, with respect and restraint.

Exterior Mass, arch and light

Interior Continuity with stone and timber
